To Get Started:

If You Have a Member Account on face-online.org:

Your USERNAME on the Conference Website is the same EMAIL ADDRESS that you use to log into the face-online.org membership portal.

Your PASSWORD has not been transferred for security reasons. 

 

 

Please follow the simple instructions below to request a new password:

1) Click Here to open the F.A.C.E. Conference Website Password Request form and enter your F.A.C.E. Member Account EMAIL ADDRESS as your USERNAME.

2) Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.

3) Log in to the Conference Website using your Email as your Username and your new password.  

Note: If you do not receive a password request email, please contact [email protected].  Please ensure that you are using the same email address that you use to log into face-online.org. 

 

If You Have an Agency Account on face-online.org:

Please email [email protected] for assistance with creating your user account on the F.A.C.E. Conference Website.   Please ensure to include your organization name and the names of those who you wish to register on behalf of.

FAQ:

1)    Why doesn’t my normal face-online.org password work?

For security reasons, we are unable to transfer your password to this new system.

2)    Will my new FACE Conference Website password work on face-online.org?

Currently, no.   The old system that hosts face-online.org does not communicate with this new website.  However, in the coming months, we will launch a brand new face-online.org website that unifies all of the account information related to your FACE membership including your membership, certification, and conference registrations.

3)    I recently became a FACE member, but I am not receiving the member conference registration fee.

We are trying our best to keep membership data up-to-date while we transition fully to a new system.  Unfortunately, there may still be a delay in updating your membership status on the Conference Website for members who join after February 18, 2022.
